Bidding Process by the NEGOTIATOR®: Highest Estimated Value (HEV): $1,050,000

The HEV is a part of the bidding process. It is the agent’s estimation of the property's real value. This figure shows a threshold below which you are confident the deal can be finalized. If the HEV exceeds the Buyer’s Maximum Budget, the bidding process stops at this point.Inverse Commission™ Percentage: 40% - This is a part of the bidding process and is set by the agent.
